Love this toilet! The features are great and the bidet works perfectly. Only issue is our cats are scared of the sounds it makes when it flushes.

Overpassed my expectations! Great buy

Just installed in our new master bath. We are newbies to the bidet. Remote and instructions easy to follow. Been living in the basement during the remodel. Now we race upstairs to use the new bidet.

GOOD！

We finally had our plumber take a look and install the bidet. We discovered that we needed to run a separate wire to the breaker and modify our peck piping with a copper pipe for their valve. Once this step was completed, the rest seemed very simple just plug in and attach water supply line and we’re ready to go. It seems so futuristic with all the modern technology and bells and whistles. It comes with a remote with multiple functions and simple icons to relate to. We loved the automatic sensing when we walked in the room and the toilet seat opened automatically, and when completed closed as well ,just so cool. It took us a while to get used to, but with the personalized temperature control and multiple flushing modes, as well as the drying experience it was just a fun experience for people who are not used to these heated automatic bidets. I even got a kick out of the nightlight with cool blue tones when walking into the bathroom half asleep. Everything is just so simple it makes you wanna change the rest of the normal toilets in the house all to new heated bidets. Merely on the fact that it’s heated and clean so well and then dries you off. All my friends and family kept saying I needed to get one and now I know why. This is a great bidet and now I can finally recommend to others.

A great find!

Looks great! Solid material. Top seat seems a little flimsy (plastic). Time will tell if it holds up. I am slightly concerned about the opening for the toilet seat, but it might just be something to get used to. This is an upgrade to our builder standard toilet without a bidet. I will update my pictures and review on the overall function of this toilet once installed. Going to attempt to install oursleves.

Solid purchase

This is a FABULOUS buy! It's one of those things you don't realize you wanted until you get it. The design is sleek and modern and the seat is comfortable. It has several heating temperature settings for the water, dryer and seat. The temperatures adjust quickly and the sensor to adjust automatic open and close, foot sensor open, etc. are all easy to operate. A special plus is a strong flush which I've seen complaints of the opposite on other brands. The night light is a cool feature as well. There were some complications with no direct hookup to the standard wall pipe connection but my plumber figured it out. Good thing since my only complaint is not having a customer service number to ask questions or any videos online to assist with installation issues.
