Return Policy

Eridanus products are made with quality materials, skilled craftsmanship, and subject to rigorous quality inspection to provide the customers with long-lasting performance.

Resolutions

Upon receiving a return request, Eridanus reserves the right to determine an appropriate resolution to meet a customer's satisfaction, which may include:
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- A unit replacement
- A parts replacement
- Technical assistance
Resolutions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility

In the case of a customer return, Eridanus accepts returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery if the product has not been installed or used, and is still in its original packaging. This return policy period extends to a full refund of the product. This applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required in the case of a claim.

If the product was purchased from one of Eridanus' licensed vendors, dealers, or retailers, the customer may request a return through their return services.

In the event of damages during shipping, Eridanus policy period is 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a replacement unit, or a full refund. This applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required in the case of a claim.

Non-returnable cases

The following items and orders are non-returnable:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Orders from purchasers who previously requested sample units
- Non-domestic orders

Charges

Restocking(return) fees may apply for returns due to Buyer's Remorse. The estimated fee will be disclosed in our email confirmation once a return request is approved.
