Bathroom & Kitchen Fixtures Warranty

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Eridanus® is committed to providing distinguished kitchen and bath sanitary products to our valued customers. In the event of any manufacturing defects within the warranty period, Eridanus® will, at its discretion, replace or repair the defective products, without charge, subject to the following conditions:

  • A valid proof indicating the date and marketplace of purchase is provided.
  • This warranty applies only to the residential installation and use of Eridanus® products.
  • This warranty extends solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • This warranty does not cover any removal, installation, or freight costs.
  • Eridanus® reserves the right to examine the damaged or defective product and its installation.
  • Eridanus® reserves the right to replace the defective product with a similar product when an identical product is not available.

This warranty does not cover accessories such as basket strainers, cutting boards, etc.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in an Eridanus® product for installation and use within domestic premises in the United States and Canada, except in the following circumstances:

  • Damage or product failure due to improper installation, use, or failure to use a licensed professional.
  • Damage or malfunction caused by installation not in compliance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Damage or malfunction resulting from failure to maintain the product according to Care and Maintenance instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and damage caused by excessive chemical use.
  • Use of the product in a manner other than its intended purpose
  • Defects in accessories.
  • Commercial use.

Our obligation under this warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. No additional warranties, express or implied, are given.

If a damaged or defective product is discontinued and cannot be replaced, a prorated credit for the purchase of another Eridanus® product will be issued.

If any provision in this limited warranty is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain valid and enforceable.
