Please note that PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are not eligible for shipping via any method.
Order Lead Time
For orders with domestic inventory:
All orders eligible to ship with Small Parcel carriers, such as UPS and FedEx, will be processed within 2 business days. Additionally, our warehouses may request 1 additional business day for handling.
Orders that require a freight shipping will be processed within 3-5 business days. Additionally, our warehouse may request up to 2 business days for additional handling.
Note: If an order is placed with the back-order option, an email will be sent within 1 business day to notify the estimated shipping date. Order status will be updated as soon as the order is fulfilled domestically.
For orders without domestic inventory:
Buyers will be notified the estimated lead time for the order within 3 business days. A dedicated representative will follow up with any update regarding the order.
Destinations
We currently ship only within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska)
Tracking Your Order
Once an order has been processed, buyers will receive an email containing a tracking number and specified carriers for convenient tracking. Tracking may take up to 3 business days to show first-scan information.
Updating Shipping Address
If the buyer wishes to update the shipping address, they must either 1) cancel the original order and replaced the order with updated address, or 2) send an email to support@eridanus.net containing your order information and updated shipping address, before the order is processed.
Taxes and Duty
The pricing displayed on our website does not include taxes. Estimated taxes will be calculated based on the shipping address as provided during checkout. The final tax amount and total cost will be confirmed via emails or text messages after the order is confirmed. Please ensure your contact information is correct to receive these updates.
