I needed to replace this part bc it somehow became dislodged and fell to the floor and my lovely dog chewed it up :/ price is for a set of TWO, so it’s actually reasonably priced considering.

Customer service (Tom) was fantastic! He was responsive and knowledgeable. Shipping from New York to California was quite fast.

I suppose one area of feedback would be to have a live chat (during business hours, of course) instead of having to go back and forth by email which is a bit old school and, but again, once Tom was on the case, he took care of me efficiently.

Overall, I like my Tucson toilet (4 stars). In retrospect, I wish I’d gone top of the line smart toilet instead of mid, but my home reno was getting really costly so I was trying to shave off some costs.
